What is Iver Educational Trust (IET)?

"Committed to helping the community"

Iver Educational Trust began in March 2003 and is one aspect of St Peter’s Church,
it maintains strong links with the church and its foundations and values are Christian.

Our Mission

Iver Educational Trust is all about helping local people in need, based on emotional, educational or social circumstance. We want to empower everyone, regardless of age or ability to fulfil their potential and feel valued as a member of a growing community.

Reaching Out to The Community

Our Detached Worker meets young people at their point of need on the streets, to deal with problems relating to drugs, alcohol and sexual health and has the support of both District and Parish Councils. There is also a weekly ‘drop-in’ for under eighteens every Wednesday night for teenagers to come and chill out, play pool or watch TV with their friends in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.
